Sustainability is important to us. We buy all our current vintages directly from family-run and organic producers whom we know personally. There are also many natural wines. When it comes to food accompaniment, we emphasise regionality, seasonality and organic production. We only offer vegetarian options. Our entire furnishings consist almost exclusively of used items that have found a new purpose with us.

We, that is Ernst and Julia. Ernst trained and studied to be a winemaker and then went on to become a sommelier for wine and beer. Julia is an economist and works on sustainable supply chains in the agricultural sector. Then she also learned to be a sommelier. Now we're in this together.
